1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by GetRichDetailing LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("GRD", "we", "us", or "our") at getrichdetailing.vip or through our online booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
GetRichDetailing LLC operates GRD CRM, a software platform that auto detailing businesses use to run their own operations — online booking, scheduling, customer records, invoicing, and staff management. GetRichDetailing LLC does not perform detailing services. Each business using the platform contracts directly with its own customers and is solely responsible for the services it provides and for the messages it sends to its own customers.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or modify access to the platform at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Booking and Appointments
When you book an appointment through the platform, you are booking with the detailing business named on the booking form, not with GetRichDetailing LLC. You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
- Be available at the service address at the scheduled time
- Provide reasonable access to the vehicle
- Notify the business at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee set by the business you booked with.
4. SMS Text Message Terms
SMS Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from GetRichDetailing LLC (or the detailing business you are booking with) regarding your appointment.
Opt-in method: You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on the online booking form at the time of scheduling your appointment. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to consent.
Types of messages you will receive:
- Appointment Confirmation: Sent immediately after booking to confirm your scheduled appointment date, time, and service address.
- Appointment Reminders: Sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and again 1 hour before.
- Invoice or Receipt: A link to your invoice or receipt for the service, if the business sends it by text.
- Service Follow-up: Sent after your appointment is completed to confirm service completion or request feedback.
Message frequency: You will receive up to 5 messages per appointment (one confirmation, up to two reminders — 24 hours and 1 hour before — an invoice or receipt link if the business texts one, and one follow-up after the service). Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier.
How to opt out (STOP): You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.
How to get help (HELP): For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at getrichdetailing@gmail.com.
Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any services. You may book an appointment without providing SMS consent; however, you will not receive automated appointment reminders.
Privacy of your phone number: We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to communicate with you about your appointment. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment
Payment for detailing services is made to the business that performs them, on the terms that business sets. Prices and accepted payment methods are set by that business and displayed at the time of booking, and are subject to change without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetRichDetailing LLC does not perform detailing services and is not responsible for the condition of your vehicle or for work carried out by a business using the platform. Claims about a service, including vehicle damage, are between you and the business that performed it. We recommend inspecting your vehicle with that business's technician before service begins.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount, if any, you paid GetRichDetailing LLC for that use.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which GetRichDetailing LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
